This page indexes the deliverables of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU, Section 4.1.2) and links to the corresponding documents. Public material is linked directly. Documents in the members' area are marked and are available after login. The same documents are also listed chronologically on the Agenda page.
The distribution of tasks among the five Working Groups is set out in the MoU and on the Working Groups page. The WG reports presented at the MC and WG meetings are:
The MoU committed to at least 20 shared datasets. The Repository lists 174 entries with a "Database Link" (156 distinct links), contributed by 49 members: 61 open data portals and repositories, 34 code and reproducibility resources and 61 publications documenting the data.
The Repository lists 206 journal papers and 50 book contributions (October 2026). Special issues edited by Action members are listed on the Special Issues page.
The Repository lists 270 conference presentations. The programmes and slides of all Action meetings are on the Agenda page (detailed programmes: [Documents available only for HiTEc members (Login System)]). The Book of Abstracts of the HiTEc & CoDES workshops is on the Book of Abstracts page.
Eight training schools and tutorials were organised (dates, duration and number of participants on the Courses page). Course material:
Projects and proposals involving Action members are listed in the Repository under "Projects". Members reported 26 projects and proposals on HiTEc topics: 18 funded projects and 8 further proposals, from 15 countries (October 2026). The MoU set a minimum of ten proposals.
ECI awards were given in 2025 to Dr Bojana Milošević (University of Belgrade, Serbia) at the HiTEc & CoDES 2025 workshop (Limassol, July 2025), and in 2026, during COMPSTAT 2026 (Athens, August 2026), to Dr Louisa Kontoghiorghes (King's College London, UK) and Mr Jose Graña-Colubi (University of Oviedo, Spain) for their presentations on Poisson non-negative factorisation for topic models and on regression for random star-shaped sets. ECI sessions, in which early-career researchers presented their work and received feedback from senior members, were held at the WG meetings in Athens (2024 and September 2025) and at the HiTEc & CoDES workshops (Limassol, 2023 to 2025). The Athens 2024 meeting also included round tables on early careers and gender balance. In addition, the Action supported the development of doctoral research directly linked to its objectives through repeated Short-Term Scientific Missions: Mr Marios Demosthenous (Cyprus; model selection in high dimensions, Objective OR4; doctoral thesis at the University of Giessen, co-supervised by P. Winker, A. Colubi and E. Kontoghiorghes) and Mr Charis Eleftheriou (Cyprus; social media data for forecasting trading activity, Objective OC1) received several STSMs to advance their theses, with the results presented at the Action meetings and reported in the Repository.
At the end of the Action, 43% of the 134 members are women, 40% come from Inclusiveness Target Countries and 29% are Young Researchers. The gender balance and ITC reports are available in the members' area.
These deliverables are the tutorial and seminar presentations on each research objective. They are identified in the Repository by their objective tag (see Objectives and MoU correspondence): D11 complex data generation (tag C2), D12 econometrics for Hilbertian variables (C3), D13 forecasting with complex and text data (B1), D14 functional data and time series for economic indicators (B2), D15 sampling approximations (C5), D16 high-dimensional data analysis (C4). The slides of the Action meetings are on the Agenda page.
Software packages are listed in the Repository under "Software" (34 entries, October 2026), with links to CRAN, GitHub and documentation.
